If you want Personalization (Name embroidery (monogramming) or Logo), all you have to do is select the item you want and on shopping page click the Button "Personalize this Item", from there you will have a new page where you can put any thing you want. For custom or company's logo  email us at info@pulseuniform.com and we will put that for you. If you want to digitize your company's logo call us at 1.866.96.PULSE (866.967.8573) or email us and we will do that as well for you.

Custom embroidery (monogramming) adds a professional look to your Scrubs, Jackets, Lab Coats, polo shirts, jackets, hats, or sweatshirts and is a great way to personalize your items. The typical left chest embroidery, the ideal design has a maximum dimension of 3.5" - 4.0".

Add up to 3 lines of name/title embroidery (monogramming) to your garment at only $3.99/line.

Your embroidery may include up to nine (18) different colors at no extra charge. We rarely need that many, but will use as many colors as necessary to execute your design to your satisfaction.
