Shipping, Handling and Tax - Pulse Uniform

Your US Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to your order. The total cost of your order will be displayed before you are asked for your credit card information.

Basically USPS and UPS are the shipping carriers we use and shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose. We offer the following shipping options:

USPS – 5-7 business days depending on your location

USPS Premium - The only 3-5 day service that delivers to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. Boxes and Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost (depending on post office service availability)

UPS Ground – 3-5 business days depending on your location. Insured and with UPS detailed tracking code and services.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air - In-stock order placed before 11:00 a.m. CST, Monday through Friday are expected to ship same day and be delivered 2nd or next business day depending on the service selected

Most products ship within 1 to 3 business days depending on demand and availability (in stock and non-embroidery items) excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow normal delivery time of UPS from the US.

Please allow 8-12 days for standard delivery time thru Global Priority Mail Canada. We do not offer expedited shipping or express delivery for Canada shipments.

Please allow additional 5-7 business days for orders with embroidery.

Shipping and handling charge does not include Canada customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. These charges should be rendered with your local customs in order that the shipment will be released by the Canada Customs at the Canadian border. For these particular charges, please check with your local customs office.

Yes, we do ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Please email us at info@pulseuniform.com for a shipping quote for your items.

International shipping rates are our best estimates, in some case if we find any difference , we will contact you to pay the difference or vice versa. Please allow 8-12 business days for international orders to deliver. All local taxes and duties (if any) is customer responsibility.

With our fast delivery, most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from date of order. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for personalization and customization. (Business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding Holidays. Orders made on a weekend will be processed on Monday.).

Expedited orders cannot be sent to a PO Box. For orders that are $500 or more, shipping cost for 2nd day air is 7% of the order total, and shipping cost for next day air is 13%. Express Delivery is unavailable to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and US Virgin Islands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

There are times that high demand causes items to run out and if that happens with your order, we will let you know immediately and let you know when it's going to be available. You have the choice of waiting for it to be in stock to have them ship altogether. You can also have them ship separately with the back order items shipped as soon we have it in stock. No worries, either way, you will only be charged once for shipping.

To cancel any backordered item, please call us (toll free) 1.866.96.PULSE (866.967.8573) or email us at customerservice@pulseuniform.com. Please include in your email your name, order #, shipping address, contact # and the best time to call you. If it has not been shipped then we will cancel it for you. There are occasions that manufacturers themselves will ship the items to you.

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses but we cannot ship express to these addresses.
