We check all our prices everyday against our competitors to make sure we offer the best price. In the unlikely event that there is a competitor offering exactly the same product, they have it in stock and it is available for immediate delivery then we will match it.

How does Pulse Uniform's price-match guarantee work?
If you find a lower price anywhere else on an identical item, just inform us about it when you buy the item at Pulse Uniform and we will instantly match the price. Or you can contact us within 15 days of your purchase and we will give you the difference.

Which items does Pulse Uniform price match?
Almost everything we sell. The item though must be identical, including brand, style number, size and color. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from any online retail competitor, web and catalog retailer, in which we reserve the right to verify (need valid link). Each time we need valid links, we don't price match with old/previous orders. Some items also need manager's approval before we can do price match.

Which items and services aren't available for price match?
Our price match guarantee does not apply to competitors outside the US. We do not price match discontinued deals, sale, clearance sales, and out of stock products. We don't price match taxes and typographical errors. We also don't combine 2 or more offers in one order like coupon codes. We don't price match items sold on auction sites, at local stores, or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales).

Are delivery charges included in the price match?
Delivery charges are not included in the price match but we also consider the shipping cost of the online retail competitor when doing the price match for the product.

If your order qualified for free shipping and the competitor offers free shipping, we will price match the product without considering shipping charges (even if the competitor has a higher minimum order size requirement to qualify for free shipping, or longer delivery times, than PulseUniform.com).

If your order qualified for free shipping and the competitor does not offer free shipping, we will include an appropriate shipping charge in the competitor's price before price matching.

If your order did not qualify for free shipping and the competitor offers free shipping but the product does not qualify for such free shipping, or does not offer free shipping, we will include shipping charges on both products before price matching.

Are quantities limited on price–matched products?
We may limit the quantities of price–matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

How do I redeem a price match?
On live chat support or call us at 1-866-967-8573 to tell us the details about the item, where you found it and the competitor's price. Upon verification, it can be deducted before the order is processed. If the order has already been processed then it will be credited back to original payment method.
