replace items that are unused and found to be defective.
If you are not completely satisfied return your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE within 15 days of receipt, no questions asked. All Return and Exchange must have an RMA#
(Returned Merchandise Authorization Number), which you can obtain by

charge 12% Re-Shelving Charges of your order total Ex: Order Total=$100 ,

charge 15% Re-Shelving Charge of your exchange items total Ex: Exchange
Items Total=$50 Re-Shelving= $7.5

If you want refund on your order then shipping charges will deducted from
your order total, if you have free shipping then $10 will be charged and
rest of the amount will be refund.

and non-returnable. Custom made uniforms and Personalized items (Embroidered/Imprinted/Engraved) are non-refundable and non-returnable. Apparel & Shoes: Apparel items without personalization (embroidered/ imprinted/ engraved) and shoes can be returned within 15 days of receipt in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. And also remember not to use the product box as a shipping container. Gift Cards are non refundable to cash. It can only be use for buying Pulse Uniform products.
Other Items: All other non-apparel items without personalization (embroidered/ imprinted/ engraved) may only be returned within 15 days of receipt if RESALABLE and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. |
