Shipping policy

At Pulse Uniform, we are committed to providing healthcare professionals with reliable, timely, and efficient delivery of high-quality scrubs, lab coats, and medical accessories. Our shipping policy is designed to give you clear information on shipping methods, timelines, and related responsibilities, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

Shipping within the United States

Pulse Uniform ships through UPS and USPS, trusted carriers known for dependable service. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by method:

• USPS Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
• USPS Priority (Premium) Shipping – Expedited delivery within 4–6 business days. Service includes delivery to P.O. Boxes, residential addresses, and Saturday delivery (subject to local postal availability).
• UPS 2nd Day Air / Next Day Air – For in-stock orders placed before 11:00 a.m. CST, Monday through Friday, we make every effort to ship the same day. Delivery is completed within 1–2 business days, depending on the service selected.

We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that express delivery options are not available for these destinations.

Sales Tax – Most U.S. states are not subject to sales tax. However, a 7% tax is applied to orders delivered within Georgia.

Shipping to Canada

• Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Standard delivery via Global Priority Mail generally takes 5–10 business days.
• Orders requiring embroidery or customization may require an additional 15–20 business days for processing.
• Expedited or express delivery options are not available for Canada.
• Please note that customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our shipping charges. These fees must be settled directly with Canadian customs authorities before the order is released.

International Shipping

Pulse Uniform also serves customers worldwide. To receive a customized shipping quote, please contact our support team at csr@pulseuniform.com.

• Estimated delivery time for most destinations is 15–20 business days.
• Shipping rates provided are estimates; if adjustments are necessary, our team will notify you before processing your order.
• All local taxes, import duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days from the order date.
• Personalized or embroidered items may require an additional 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-order items may take up to 10–15 business days for production prior to shipment.
• Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the mentioned business days.

Order Tracking

Customers may track their orders using one of the following methods:

1. Log into your “My Account” section on the Pulse Uniform website.
2. Contact us by email at csr@pulseuniform.com for tracking details.
3. Call our customer service team directly at 1-866-967-8573 for real-time assistance.

Back-orders

In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock, customers will be notified of the expected availability date. At that point, you may choose to:

• Wait until all items are available for a single shipment, OR
• Request partial shipment of available items, with back-ordered items shipped separately once restocked.

Please note: only one shipping charge applies, regardless of the option selected.

To cancel a back-ordered item, please email csr@pulseuniform.com or call 1-866-967-8573 with your order details. If the order has not shipped, we will process the cancellation promptly.
