The items ordered never arrived at either of the two addresses which were given on the order forms - neither my work address or my home address. I've ordered replacement items from another supplier to ensure I have what I need for a special event in Mid-August. I will be reaching out to the customer service representative AGAIN (...we've emailed twice already) to try to figure out what happened to those two orders from April and May.
