I was really excited about these shirts because I specifically chose this style based on shirts my company provides with their logo. I really like the feel, fit, and overall quality of the company shirts, so I decided to purchase the same style for myself without the company logo. Because I already had experience with the same style of shirt, I expected the quality to be just as good.
Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed with the quality of two of the shirts I received. On both a red shirt and a gray shirt, the thread has started coming out and leaving long, straight lines in the fabric. The issue is much more noticeable on the red shirt. I wore it for the first time, and the thread completely came out, leaving a long line across the shirt.
What’s confusing to me is that I have the company issued shirts in the exact same style, and I have not experienced this issue with them. I’ve also been very careful with the shirts I purchased. I wash them in cold water and hang them to dry, so I don’t believe the issue is being caused by how I’m washing or drying them.
I also reached out through the company’s chat regarding the issue but never received a response, which was disappointing as well. I understand that issues can happen with individual products, but I expected better quality based on my experience with the same style of shirt through my company. Overall, I really like the shirts themselves, but the loose threading and lack of customer service response have been disappointing.
