You can start the process by sending us your logo for digitizing at info@pulseuniform.com. Our experienced Digitizers will give you recommendations about logo treatment and applications.
When you have placed an order for a custom logo'd product the process of converting your logo to embroidery-ready form, may take up to three days. Please submit your logo in JPEG format with the following information

When set-up is complete, we will send you a scan of your logo for your review. Simply reply by e-mail with an approval, and pulseuniform.com will begin production immediately. Within one week, (excluding shipping time), you will be wearing your very own company Logo'd Lab Coats or Scrubs and making a bold advertising statement everywhere you go!

Unlike many of our competitors who depend on contractors to produce their designs and custom embroidery, we operate our own digitizing studio and embroidery machines. This allows us to carefully control all aspects of the process which ensures the highest possible quality and fastest production. We have the newest and most advanced embroidery equipment available. Having the most modern embroidery machines allow us to embroider your order with:

Everything is done in-house by our experienced staff. Allow about 3 to 5 business days from the time you place your order until your order is shipped to you. Allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Ask our customer service department about shipping options and the actual transit time.

Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital code that can be read by today's advanced embroidery machines. The digital image file of your logo that you send us is a starting point, but the "digitized" logo that we create will be in a format that only embroidery machines can use. This digital code provides the instructions to the embroidery machine's operating system which, in turn, tells the embroidery machine's frame how to sew the design.

Digitizing is both a technical and a creative process. It's much more than most people might imagine. A lot of people think their graphic design will just be 'scanned'. While the digitizer may begin with a scan or a graphic file, he or she has to tell the embroidery machine where to put each stitch, and what order to sew your design - including where to stop, trim the threads, and switch to a different color. Digitizing is not an on/off switch. There are widely varying levels of proficiency and artistry out there. Poor digitization WILL result in a poor-looking emblem design. Saving a few dollars on a one-time digitizing fee and ending up with a poor-looking logo is no bargain. Nothing is more important to the appearance of your logo than the digitizing.

Some embroiderers tout their "free" digitizing. If you really look at their prices, the digitizing is simply built into the selling price of the item. That means on future orders, you'll be paying for the "free" digitizing with every order, instead of just once with us. If they say they have "FREE" embroidery, try sending them a shirt and see if it's really free (or once again built into their prices).

Send an email to info@pulseuniform.com with your logo attached in a .bmp, .jpg, .gif, or .pdf file format. JPG is our preference. Tell us what size you want your logo to be, location where the logo will be placed and what you want to put it on (Lab Coat, Scrub Top, etc.). Our general guidelines are 3.75 to 4.25" wide for logos for use on the left chest of Lab Coat. Often, the limiting factor in a logo's size is small lettering or a thin, small part of the artwork. If we think something needs to be changed, we'll let you know.
