How to order - Pulse uniform

Search for the item/s via different categories or by entering the style code of the item/s on the search box. Add the item to the secure shopping cart, choose the shipping method, and then proceed to secure checkout. You will be asked for shipping details, shipping method, and payment methods including credit card information (if applicable). The last step would be confirming and placing the order and then you will be provided with your order number.
Call our toll-free number 1.866.967.8573 and our representatives will help you in placing orders. Kindly have the list of the items you want to buy and your credit card details ready. We will ask for important details like your full name, phone number, the best time to contact you, complete shipping information, billing zip code, credit card details including card type, card number, expiration date, and the 3 or 4 security code. Once everything has been verified and your orders have been placed, our representatives will provide you your order number, which you can use when verifying the status of your order.
Please send your complete details, including style code, color, size, and quantity of the item(s), to csr@pulseuniform.com. Also include the billing and shipping address, phone number, and the best time to call you. We will then send a confirmation email with the complete shipping cost and taxes (if applicable) for your review and approval. For security reasons, we will call you for your credit card information, which includes the type of card, card number, expiration date, the billing zip code and the three-digit or four-digit card security code located at the back of the card. For international orders, we do not accept international credit cards and only accept PayPal as the method of payment.
Download the order form here and fill it out completely. Fax it toll free to (847) 594.1644. Our fax lines are open 8AM-8PM Mon-Fri EST and within 24 hours we will confirm receipt of your fax. Please include the best time to call you in case we need to verify information with you.
We only accept Purchase Order (PO) from the following:

Schools, colleges and universities - minimum order of $150
Government agencies and hospitals - minimum order of $250

Only those with complete and official documents will be accepted. Our accounting department will need to sort and verify with the Accounts Payable before approval.

Free shipping is not available for Purchase Orders. We highly recommend shipping via UPS Ground for secure and guaranteed shipping, which you can monitor with UPS tracking information.
