Your credit card is processed and charge the following business day. It will only be charged for the items we have in stock which will be shipped to you as well as the shipping charge. Backordered items will be charged as soon as we have it in stock. You will no longer be charged with any additional shipping charge for this.
If you receive an email that says your credit card was declined, please call us immediately at 1-866-967-8573 so we can verify your account number, expiration date and billing address.
If the problem persists, you have the option of working out another means of payment or cancelling the order. It is important that you also contact your credit card provider to verify what the problem is.
If you were not able to process your payment via PayPal, please give us a call at 1-866-967-8573 or chat with the online support and we will send you a PayPal payment request.
PayPal is the only method of payment we accept for international orders.
