Basic Guide in Choosing Nursing Print Scrubs

When your work requires you to lock up your most treasured plain nursing scrubs or you simply get tired of the solid colors, there are countless scrub prints that you can turn to for a look that's absolutely flattering. But before you pull any pretty item, get through this basic guide in choosing nursing scrub prints first for tips.

Know the print size. Options in creating your best look are enormous but are limited to some fashion staples such as the print size for petites. How do you know that the size of the prints is just right for your petite figure? The trick is pretty easy. Simply close your hand, and put it over a print of the nursing scrub. If the print is as big as your fist or smaller, that nursing scrub will go well with your petite figure. If you cannot determine the actual sizes of the prints, better settle for small ones just to be sure.

Choose appropriate types of  prints. Make sure that your nursing scrub's prints are suitable for your specialization or for the particular ward where you're working at. For instance, go for floral prints instead of cartoon character prints if you're working as a hospice nurse. But if you're assigned at the pediatric ward, cartoon prints and other cuddly figures will be perfect. If you're a travel nurse who still wants to be in scrubs, there are unique print scrubs designs that were spread over elegant looking nursing scrub styles by Urbane, Cherokee, Landau, Barco, and Dickies. There are even tribal themed prints available.

Pick peak season prints. If it's winter or autumn, you may avoid flowers because they're off season. But if it's spring or summer time, by all means wear all the flowers! Tug along even bees and butterflies if you must. Although, you may have to consider your skin color and undertone in choosing the color combinations to be sure they don't clash with your skin tone. You might as well consider the year's trending color palette to be able to look in fashion with the rest of the world.

Celebrate with the festival. There are just too many celebrations every year, and many find it cool to totally blend in. Significantly, nursing scrubs manufacturers are releasing designs that signify festivities such as Valentine's and Christmas days. Festival prints are often already in the racks a month before the celebration, just like most seasonal prints.
